Description

Volteo Blanco begins with 100% Blue Weber agave. Cooked-agave flavor forms its center, with sweetness, herbs and citrus moving around it. Volteo brings those elements together in a blanco suited to sipping or mixing. The agave remains a recurring note from the palate through the finish.

Vanilla and acacia introduce the nose. Fresh herbs, soft floral notes, pine and citrus follow. On the palate, cooked agave meets caramel and fruit. Mint and eucalyptus add a cooling herbal impression against that sweetness. The finish is smooth, leaving caramel, agave and a little mint.

Pour neat or over a single ice cube. A Margarita or Tequila Collins gives another way to explore its fruit and herbs. Serve alongside guacamole, grilled shrimp or citrusy ceviche for a food pairing.
