You must be 21 years or older to use this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal drinking age and agree to this policy in full.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and compliance with alcohol regulations, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless legally required.
Order cancellations (before shipment). You may request a cancellation only if the order has not yet been packed or shipped. If approved, a 10% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. Once the order is processing or shipped it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Returned after failed delivery. If a carrier returns an order after three delivery attempts, a refusal or an ineligible address, the order is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged in transit. Email photos of the bottle, the box and the shipping label to support@agavevault.com within 48 hours of delivery. Approved claims are replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Refund timing. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
