Description

Master Distiller Don Carlos Padilla guides Tepozán's production in San Julián, where the tequila is distilled and bottled. Organic estate-grown agaves come from volcanic soils. Water is drawn from deep beneath the distillery. Made without additives or artificial flavoring, this blanco is bottled at 40% ABV.

Fresh herbs and cooked agave meet cinnamon and damp earth on the nose. Green and cooked agave share the palate, with cracked pepper, delicate minerality and a touch of sweet cream butter. The body is medium. Sweetness moves toward spice at the finish, leaving a gentle warmth.

Sip neat to explore the green and cooked agave notes together. For a cocktail, choose a Tommy's Margarita or Paloma, keeping the tequila's agave and mineral character central to the drink.
