Sauza Tequila Extra Anejo La Perseverencia 150 Aniversario Edicion Especial

Sauza marks its 150th anniversary with a limited edition blend of extra añejo tequilas. The components spend up to 10 years in American white oak barrels. That maturation shapes La Perseverencia's combination of roasted agave, dried fruit and oak. The blend is bottled at 40% ABV, with the anniversary providing the occasion for its creation.

Roasted agave, vanilla and caramel rise from the glass, joined by dried fruit, spice and toasted oak. The palate moves from agave sweetness into raisin, fig, cinnamon and clove. A little chocolate adds another layer. Oak provides structure through a long, warm finish, where dried fruit and spice remain.

Serve neat in a tulip or Glencairn glass. Allow a few minutes before tasting. For a chilled pour, use large ice cubes.
