Fifteen days in neutral oak barrels distinguish Riazul Plata's brief rest. Founded by Inaki Orozco, Riazul is rooted in the desert highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, where volcanic soils and a demanding microclimate shape the regional story. The producer draws on more than two centuries of family tradition. This plata is bottled at 40% ABV.
