Description

Paladar selects 100% blue agave from Los Altos in Jalisco, Mexico. The plants mature for eight to ten years before their hearts, or piñas, are removed. The first press is discarded during production. The tequila then ages in small, individual American oak barrels as part of the Single Barrel Series.

Deep amber in the glass, it opens with roasted agave and oak. Vanilla and caramel add softer notes to the aroma. The palate brings cooked agave sweetness together with prominent oak and vanilla. Its texture is velvety, giving the wood and agave flavors a smooth setting.
