Nobleza 33 Reposado Legado Tequila

Sherry-seasoned American oak shapes Nobleza 33 Reposado Legado. Produced under Felipe Camarena at Destilería El Pandillo in Jesús María, Jalisco, it carries the distillery's highland agave character into a darker register of fruit and wood. This additive-free reposado is bottled at 42% ABV, or 84 proof.

Dried fruit and toasted nuts rise above cooked agave on the nose. Honeyed oak follows. The palate brings fig, vanilla and baking spice around an agave center, with a subtle saline and mineral edge. Dried fruit and pepper continue into a long finish that feels warm without becoming hot.

Pour neat at room temperature into a snifter. A few drops of water open the dried fruit and nutty notes. For a cooler pour, use one large cube. It also suits an after-dinner glass.
