Description

Jalisco Highlands blue agave gives Milagro Reposado its starting point. Made entirely from blue agave, it begins with a 36-hour roast in traditional brick ovens. Fermentation precedes two distillations: first in a pot still, then in a column still. The tequila rests in American oak for two to four months. Milagro draws its creative inspiration from Mexico City.

Sweet agave and caramel lead the aromas, with vanilla and oak behind them. Caramel and vanilla continue onto the palate, where soft oak and baking spices add definition to the sweetness. The finish brings gentle warmth and a little spice, followed by a crisp close.

Pour neat to follow the agave and barrel notes together. Serve over ice for a chilled pour, or use it in a Paloma Rosada.
