Description

For its reposado, Humano sources Blue Weber agave from the highlands of Jalisco. A four-month double-barrel process uses new American oak and bourbon barrels. Both barrel types contribute to the aging approach, giving the tequila oak influence alongside its agave character. Fruit and sweet barrel notes carry through the glass.

Red apple leads the nose, followed by caramel and vanilla. Cherry, clove, cooked agave and light white oak add detail. The smooth palate brings white oak, vanilla and caramel together with fresh berry flavors. The finish lasts, holding warm vanilla, caramel and a subtle oak note.

Serve neat or over ice. A Margarita, Tequila Sunrise or reposado mojito offers a cocktail option. Pair with grilled shrimp, chicken in a light citrus sauce, or soft cheeses and fruit.
