Description
A throwback reposado from Felipe Camarena, split between whiskey barrels and sherry casks.
G4 Reposado Clásico (also released as the Throwback Reposado) is made at El Pandillo in the Jalisco Highlands from 100% Blue Weber agave. Half of the tequila rests in used American oak whiskey barrels and half in used sherry casks; after three months the two are blended, adding dried fruit, vanilla and soft oak to G4's cooked agave and black pepper. Additive-free, 40% ABV, bottled under a replica of G4's original 2012 label in a limited run of 2,016 cases.
