In Jalisco, Don Julio makes this blanco from hand-selected blue Weber agave. Distillation takes place in copper-lined pot stills. Bottled at 40% ABV, the tequila centers on sweet agave and fresh citrus, with a light character that carries from the first aroma through the finish.
