Description
Don Julio pairs its Mexican añejo cristalino with a 2025 bottle design by Willy Chavarria. The clear tequila is bottled at 40% ABV. Chavarria's artwork combines roses with reimagined Día de Muertos motifs, honoring Mexican heritage and the holiday's themes of life and remembrance. It continues the artist collaboration introduced in 2024.
Vanilla, roasted agave, and oak give the nose a bright, crisp character. Caramel follows on the palate, accompanied by warm spice and light oak. The texture is smooth and silky. A clean, lingering finish follows those agave and barrel notes, keeping the tasting experience centered on vanilla, caramel, and gentle spice.
Enjoy chilled and neat, or pour over a single ice cube. For a longer drink, serve with soda. It also suits a shared pour around the table for Día de Muertos.
