Description

Don Julio brings its Mexican añejo tequila to a bottle created for the 2025 Year of the Snake. This Lunar New Year edition pairs the 1942 liquid with a commemorative design. Roasted agave, caramel and vanilla remain central to the tequila, keeping the focus on what is poured into the glass.

Caramel and vanilla lead the aromas, backed by toasted oak and cooked agave. The palate has a silky texture, carrying caramel, chocolate and warm vanilla. Cinnamon and tropical fruit add quieter details. Sweet agave returns in the long finish, alongside oak spice that continues after the sip.

Serve neat in a snifter or a chilled glass. Dark chocolate or a charcuterie board can accompany the pour. It can also be enjoyed over ice.
