Clase Azul Mezcal Joven Papalote Guerrero

Papalote agave, native to the mountain ranges of southeastern Mexico, is the raw material for Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero. Traditional production methods connect the spirit to its Mexican provenance. The agave provides the starting point for a mezcal whose flavors move through earthy, green and saline notes, with tobacco recurring throughout the tasting.

Tobacco leads the aromas, accompanied by seaweed and freshly cut wood. A little citrus adds brightness. On the palate, earthy agave and tobacco meet sea salt and lemon juice. The texture is smooth and velvety. Tobacco and wood continue into a long finish, balanced by subtle sweetness.
