Estate-grown blue Weber agave from the highlands of Jalisco forms the basis of Cierto Blanco Private Collection. The agave is harvested at peak maturity and worked using traditional methods. Made from 100% agave, this unaged tequila keeps barrel influence out of the picture. The focus stays on the plant and its regional character.

Cooked agave, citrus blossom and fresh herbs open the nose, with a subtle mineral note underneath. Sweet agave continues on the smooth palate. Lime zest provides brightness, while white pepper and tropical fruit add contrast. The finish is long and clean, carrying citrus, floral notes and earthy agave after the sip.

Taste neat or slightly chilled. For a mixed drink, choose a Margarita or Paloma, or another cocktail that keeps the tequila at the center.
