Description

Casa Dragones makes its Joven in Jalisco from 100% Blue Agave. Silver tequila is blended with extra-aged tequila, bringing fresh agave and mature barrel character into the same glass. This small-batch edition was created with contemporary artist Petrit Halilaj for the house's artist series. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

Fresh agave and gentle citrus introduce the nose, with floral notes and vanilla behind them. Ripe pear joins the semi-sweet agave on the palate. Vanilla and light baking spice reflect the extra-aged component, carried by a silky texture. The long finish turns toward hazelnut and warm toast.

Use a stemmed glass or snifter and sip neat at room temperature. Light chilling brings the agave and citrus forward. Dark chocolate or roasted nuts offer a pairing with the toasted notes.

How to drink

Neat: Pour into a stemmed glass or snifter at room temperature and sip slowly to let the agave, pear, and vanilla layers unfold.

On the Rocks: If you prefer it cold, use one large, slow-melting cube to keep dilution minimal.

Pair With: Serve alongside dark chocolate, roasted nuts, or a citrus-forward dessert to echo the hazelnut finish.
