Description

Jalisco highland Blue Weber agave meets French Cognac barrels in Casa Del Sol Reposado. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, it comes from the project of Eva Longoria, Maile Misajon, and master distiller Arturo Fuentes Cortés. The Cognac-barrel maturation adds a wine-cask fruit dimension to the tequila. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

Toasted almond, soft vanilla, and hints of raisin appear on the nose. Cooked agave and honey lead the palate, followed by candied orange peel and dried apricot. Butterscotch and a subtle nutty oak spice add depth. The finish is long and rounded, with the French oak remaining noticeable.
