Description

Fully matured agave starts the process for Teremana Añejo in the Jalisco Highlands. The agave is slowly roasted in traditional brick ovens, then distilled in handmade copper pot stills. American whiskey barrels provide the aging stage. Founded by Dwayne Johnson, Teremana makes this tequila in small batches and bottles it at 40% ABV.

Oak and vanilla meet earthy roasted agave on the nose. The palate is rich and smooth, with caramelized agave, vanilla and wood. Baking spices add a subtle layer. A sweet, lingering finish carries caramel and toasted oak in a velvety texture.

Pour neat or over ice. An Añejo Old Fashioned brings the vanilla and oak together with bitters and a little sweetness. A Tequila Manhattan offers another serve, replacing whiskey with the añejo.

It can also elevate classic tequila cocktails like an Añejo Old Fashioned, where the vanilla and oak notes pair beautifully with bitters and a touch of sweetness. For a more adventurous serve, try it in a Tequila Manhattan, substituting it for whiskey to highlight its rich, whiskey-barrel-aged character.
