Made from 100% blue agave, Telson's añejo brings barrel aging into the producer's scorpion-inspired story. The name refers to the tail. Its inspiration comes from folklore about scorpions finding an afterlife in the agave fields of Tequila, Mexico. Here, the liquid takes on a deep amber color, with cooked agave and wood both part of its character.

Caramel, vanilla, and oak lead the aroma. Cooked agave sits beneath them. The palate is full-bodied, moving from caramel and vanilla sweetness into cooked and roasted agave. Toasted wood and subtle spice give the sweetness a counterpoint. The finish is long.
