Te Amo Añejo Tequila

Te Amo makes its añejo from 100% blue Weber agave, with oak barrel aging shaping the finished tequila. The wood contributes vanilla, caramel, and toasted notes while agave remains part of the core. Bottled at 40% ABV, it brings a velvety texture and sustained warmth to a slow pour.

Caramel and vanilla bean meet roasted agave on the nose, with toasted oak close behind. The palate is rich and smooth, moving through butterscotch, baking spice, dark honey, and light chocolate. Those sweeter notes sit alongside the wood character developed during aging. The long finish carries warm oak and sweet agave, with soft spice remaining as the flavors fade.

Serve neat in a sipping glass to follow the agave and barrel notes. At the table, pair it with grilled meats or aged cheeses. Dark chocolate desserts are another serving option alongside its honey and spice notes.
