Suavecito Blanco Tequila

Blue agave grown at approximately 7,000 feet in Jalisco's Central Highlands supplies Suavecito Blanco. Destiladora de Agave Azul produces it under NOM 1424, using 100% blue agave grown with ARA-certified sustainable farming practices. After distillation, Suavecito adds 2% agave nectar to the spirit. The finished blanco is bottled at 35% ABV.

Vanilla and freshly cut agave introduce the aromas. Olive and ripe fig sit beneath them. Agave sweetness leads the light, rounded palate, accompanied by fig and olive. Mild earthiness provides another note beneath the sweetness. The finish is brief, leaving a faint cooling sensation of mint.

Serve neat at room temperature in a tasting glass, or pour over a large ice cube. For a Margarita, combine with fresh lime juice and orange liqueur over ice, then finish with a salted rim.
