A traditional tahona wheel crushes all the agave used in San Matias Tahona Blanco. Created to mark the house's 130th anniversary, the tequila places that production method at the center of the commemoration. It connects the anniversary to the work of making tequila, with the character of agave remaining the focus in the glass.

Earthy and herbal aromas open the tasting. The palate has a rich, velvety texture and a pronounced baked-agave flavor.
