Description

Hacienda Patrón makes Burdeos with oak barrels that previously held Bordeaux wine. The casks are central to the tequila's maturation and character. Sixty hands take part in its creation, from the work at the hacienda to the finished bottle. This añejo is bottled at 40% ABV and has a rich amber color that recalls honey.

Raisin and stewed fruit lead the aroma. Honey sweetness appears on the palate, accompanied by oak from the wine barrels. Dried fruit and warming spice add quieter details around that core. The texture is smooth, and the finish lasts with a gentle warmth after the fruit and oak.
