Partida Roble Fino Reposado Tequila

Two stages of maturation define Partida Roble Fino Reposado. The tequila first rests in American oak, then finishes in Oloroso sherry casks previously used for single malt Scotch. This limited edition brings agave together with soft oak and sherry notes. The cask sequence is central to its making.

Agave leads the nose, with honey, dried apricot, and vanilla layered around it. A subtle sherry note follows. Roasted agave remains clear on the silky palate, joined by golden raisin, almond, and oak spice. The finish lasts a medium-long interval, leaving butterscotch, dried fruit, and a little white pepper.

Pour neat into a fluted glass and sip slowly. Roasted pork, soft cheese, or almond biscotti can accompany it. For a mixed serve, use it in a Reposado Old Fashioned or a Paloma.
