Description

Los Sundays brings together highland and lowland Blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico. The blanco is made from 100% Blue Weber agave and infused with natural jalapeño extract. Sustainably farmed agave provides the foundation, while the infusion adds a distinct pepper character. Agave and jalapeño share the focus throughout the drink.

Fresh agave and roasted jalapeño lead the aroma, with a little citrus underneath. The palate starts crisp and smooth. Roasted pepper heat then develops alongside the agave's natural sweetness. The texture is full, and the finish holds a measured, lingering warmth from the jalapeño.
