Loco Tequila Reposado Ambar

Oak gives Loco Tequila's Ambar its color and rested character. Made in Jalisco, Mexico, the reposado begins with the house's blue agave spirit. Time in barrel rounds the agave's pepper and citrus notes while adding wood character. The resulting tequila is amber with golden glints, bottled at 40% ABV.

Cooked agave and vanilla lead the nose, followed by toasted oak, caramel, and a little dried fruit. Honey joins sweet agave on the palate. Vanilla bean, soft caramel, and baking spice add depth, while vegetal freshness remains underneath. The long, warming finish carries toasted oak, cocoa, and gentle white pepper.

Sip neat from a tequila glass or small snifter. One large ice cube offers a cooler pour. For a cocktail, make a tequila Old Fashioned with agave syrup and a dash of bitters.
