Fortaleza Reposado 2025 Winter Blend Tequila

Stone-crushed blue agave and open-air fermentation in wooden vats form the foundation of Fortaleza's 2025 Winter Blend. Made from 100% blue agave, this additive-free reposado matures in a combination of selected oak barrels. Fortaleza makes each year's Winter Blend distinct. The 2025 release brings together that production approach and a layered oak character.

Cooked agave leads the aromas, followed by vanilla and baking spice. A little citrus zest adds brightness. On the palate, roasted agave meets caramel, cinnamon and oak, with dried fruit appearing underneath. The texture is rich, carrying those flavors into a long, smooth finish. Sweet agave and spice remain, accompanied by gentle oak warmth.

Serve neat in a tequila glass and let it rest briefly before sipping. Pair it with grilled meat, a mole dish or dark chocolate.
