In Amatitán, Código 1530 makes this special-edition añejo at its private distillery. The tequila spends two years in hand-charred French oak barrels that previously held Cabernet wine. Created through the producer's partnership with George Strait, Cowboys and Dreamers connects that collaboration with Código's tequila-making traditions.

Oak and caramel frame the nose, with a touch of dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied and smooth. Vanilla and toasted oak carry a subtle spice note, while a delicate Cabernet influence adds another layer. Sweet agave returns on the long finish, accompanied by oak and a quiet trace of dark fruit.
