Description

Five founders came together to create Cincoro. Their shared project takes its name from that partnership. Made in Mexico from 100% blue Weber agave, Cincoro Blanco keeps agave at the center of the glass. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

Fresh and cooked agave meet on the nose, with citrus zest, light vanilla and a little earthiness. The palate follows with vegetal agave sweetness and a measured touch of white pepper. Lime and light grapefruit bring a sharper citrus edge. Sweetness stays balanced through a smooth finish with gentle warmth. The combination gives each sip both a soft middle and a bright citrus thread.

Pour neat and take small sips to follow the agave and pepper. For cocktails, use it in a Margarita, Paloma or Tequila Sunrise.
