Nose

Palate

Finish

1. Neat or On the Rocks: Pour 2 parts Cazcanes Joven No.7 over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Let it open for a minute before sipping to allow the agave and citrus notes to develop.
2. Joven Paloma: Combine 2 parts Cazcanes Joven No.7 with 3 parts grapefruit soda over ice in a tall glass. Add a squeeze of fresh lime and a pinch of salt. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
3. Agave Margarita: Shake 2 parts Cazcanes Joven No.7, 1 part fresh lime juice, and 3/4 part agave nectar with ice. Strain into a salt-rimmed glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
