Nose

Palate

Crisp blue agave sweetness anchors the mid-palate, accented by baking spice, roasted pepper, and a thread of caramel from the American oak rest. The red clay terroir of Los Altos comes through as a clean, iron-tinged earthiness that gives the spirit structure and definition.

Finish

Medium-length with warm spice, lingering citrus peel, and a dry mineral note that fades cleanly. The oak influence remains restrained, keeping the agave expression front and center through the close.

1. Neat: Pour 2 parts ArteNOM 1414 Reposado into a snifter or Glencairn-style glass. Allow a minute to open before sipping to appreciate the agave terroir and barrel character.
2. Reposado Paloma: Combine 2 parts reposado tequila with 3 parts fresh grapefruit soda over ice in a tall glass. Add a squeeze of lime and a pinch of sea salt. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
3. Tommy's Margarita: Shake 2 parts ArteNOM 1414 Reposado, 1 part fresh lime juice, and 1/2 part agave nectar with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and a light salt rim.
