Its reposado begins with the same Blue Weber agave base as the blanco. After distillation, it spends approximately 12 weeks in American oak barrels previously used for Tennessee whiskey. The short rest leaves the agave central while adding a restrained oak influence. Bottling strength is 40% ABV.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDusty agave, flowers and citrus appear on the nose, with small notes of vanilla and caramel. Cooked agave sweetness carries the palate. Vanilla bean, light caramel and cinnamon follow over soft oak. The finish is clean and fairly brief, leaving agave and gentle barrel warmth.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eUse a wide-rimmed glass and allow a few minutes before sipping neat. A small splash of still water lifts the floral character.
