It is bottled at 45% ABV and pours deep amber with copper highlights.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eVanilla bean and toasted oak lead the nose, with sweet cooked agave and woodfire smoke behind them. Vanilla and dark caramel develop on the palate. Dried fruit and baking spice follow, while smoky earthiness runs through the agave. The finish is long and warm, carrying persistent oak spice, vanilla and woodsmoke.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eStart with a neat pour at room temperature. A few drops of water open the aromas and soften the spice.
