Founded in Puebla in 2022 around a "seven desires" concept, the brand is instantly recognizable by its red-gradient square bottle. This Joven expression is made entirely from 100% Maguey Espadín, cooked in a stone conical oven fired with oak and pine wood before fermenting in pine-wood tanks and undergoing double distillation in a wood-fired copper alambique.

The traditional production methods carry through into the glass, with cooked agave and herbal notes joined by a distinctive pine touch on the nose. The palate is soft, opening into gentle smoke and a marked earthy character, while the finish settles into a mineral quality with light smokiness throughout.

This Espadín bottling makes a fitting entry point for anyone building out a mezcal collection, and pairs well alongside other agave-forward selections in the Agave Vault lineup for those looking to compare expressions side by side. Ships to most US states.
