Single-estate Blue Weber agave matures for six to eight years before becoming the base spirit. After double distillation in copper pot stills, the tequila spends more than three months in French oak barrels previously used for Chardonnay. Agave, water, and yeast are its only ingredients. It is bottled at 42.5% ABV.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHoney and vanilla bean introduce the nose, followed by cooked agave and baking spice. Cinnamon and warm oak develop across a creamy palate, with agave sweetness remaining clear through the barrel notes. The finish is medium in length, carrying dried spice and a honeyed warmth.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePour neat into a wide-mouthed glass and allow a few minutes before tasting.
