It is bottled at 40% ABV.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCaramel, vanilla and oak lead the nose, with roasted agave underneath. Dried fruit, toasted almond and spice follow. The full-bodied palate brings butterscotch, dark chocolate and baked agave together. Charred oak, cinnamon and slight smoke add a drier, warmer edge. Sweet vanilla and toasted oak remain through the long finish, accompanied by gentle spice.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePour neat or over a large ice cube. An Añejo Old Fashioned with agave nectar, bitters and orange peel follows the barrel notes.
