The palate brings caramel, dark chocolate, and baked agave together, with cinnamon, raisin, and soft oak spice adding detail. Toffee, sweet oak, and a trace of tobacco extend through the long, warming finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe at room temperature in a snifter or Glencairn and give the pour a few minutes.
