The tequila is additive-free and bottled at 40% ABV.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFresh flowers and ripe stone fruit lead the nose, with pineapple and cooked agave underneath. The palate has a silky weight. Pineapple and citrus zest brighten the middle, while agave sweetness holds the fruit together. The finish is clean and moderate in length, fading into faint minerals and mild pepper.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe neat at room temperature in a wide-mouth glass. A few drops of still water soften the pepper and bring pineapple and citrus forward.
