The collective produces Carreta de Oro Blanco at NOM 1551 in central Jalisco. Its estate grows 100% Blue Weber agave in limestone-rich soil, using deep-well water and farming without herbicides or pesticides. The blanco is double-distilled. Released under the Carreta de Oro name since 2023, it is bottled at 40% ABV.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCooked agave aromas arrive with bright citrus and white pepper. Limestone minerality runs beneath them. Sweet agave leads the palate, followed by lively citrus, clean minerals and peppery spice. The finish turns crisp, leaving pepper, agave sweetness and a persistent mineral note.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSip neat from a wide-rimmed glass. For a Margarita, use roughly two parts tequila to one part each fresh lime juice and orange liqueur.
